Agreement and Project DeliveryOnce you're satisfied with the proposal, Kunini manages the entire delivery — engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and all relevant utility compliance including Zero Export compliance where required. We work around your operations to keep disruption minimal.

Ongoing Managed OperationsFrom the day the system goes live, Kunini handles everything: real-time performance monitoring, remote diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, equipment insurance, and monthly reporting. You receive a clear monthly report showing energy produced, savings delivered, and system health.
Step 5
End of Contract Asset TransferEaaS is a long-term partnership, not a transaction. As your business grows or your energy needs evolve — additional EV charging, rooftop expansion, or battery storage — the agreement can be adapted. At the end of the contract term, all energy assets transfer to you outright.
